[edit] Software Maintenance Agreements

A Software Maintenance Agreement is free for the first 6 months. This includes free software version upgrades, as well as email and phone support during office hours. When the free maintenance expires, a new agreement can be purchased for 50% of the cost of your original purchase and has a duration of 1 full year.

A Software Maintenance Agreement can only be purchased in 1-year intervals. The starting date of a Software Maintenance Agreement is ALWAYS the date when the service was purchased, i.e., if you purchase on 1 June, then your Software Maintenance Agreement will also run from 1 June, and will expire a year after that.

Upgrade pricing includes 6 months of free maintenance from date of purchase and 6 months of upgrade protection. To be able to upgrade, your product must be registered. To order an upgrade, additional users or other add-ons please contact Silex Cubed. You are entitled to a free upgrade if you hold a valid Software Maintenance Agreement: To receive the new key, you must be registered as a Siled Cubed customer; you will then be assigned a new license key.
